Goblin Shiver was originally called Riptide Shiver before it was renamed by it's last leader, Goblin as a reaction to Razor naming his shiver after himself.

The Goblin shiver or originally called Riptide Shiver was originally a great and powerful Shiver, that was until Goblin came and took over and renamed the shiver, he was a reckless leader and the shiver quickly lost power. After the battle of Riptide it was renamed Riptide and was reorganized into a good shiver.
Location: Eastern Atlantic Ocean (Near Cuba)
Known Leaders: Goblin (Shark Wars-The Battle of Riptide)
Status: Disbanded
Fate: Defeated by Indi, and then merged to form the new Riptide Shiver

- Goblin Shiver is one of the two shivers to be named after its leader.
- Its first appearance is in Shark Wars (the first book)
- Out of the five members in line, only Streak and Thrash were eaten by Indi Shiver, since Churn was killed in the first book, Velenka joined Indi Shiver, and Ripper was never eaten by Velenka.
